that's simple you can exchange evs on the idea request! the intersted per*** can recive from there, you just have to make an empty idea (just because it have to be done) then the per*** in question have to aceppt it and then you send the evs and voila all done

Apparently there is a bug that stops artists from opening new request slots inusen666 If they didn't have request slots opened when this bug accorded then that wouldn't work until they fix it. WHatreon might work if an artist can to sub to another artist. I'm not sure if they can or not as I heard that they can't buy EVs, only receive them. Regular members and vips can buy EVs, but not receive another's EVs. I think this idea working would depend on if the admins happen to be willing to transfer EVs from one account to another for this purpose or not.

With WHatreon I should add that I'm assuming it uses EVs although the prices are under USD currency.
