^ Reason why artists lock new content is when they create original works on their own that hasn't been commissioned. In other words it's a new image that the artist would like to share, but hasn't been paid for his time making the image yet.

I understand that, but there was one of these that Inusen did back in january i said something over, and it turned out he got paid for doing it. so i really do not want to hear the excuse, there is no way to prove he didnt get paid outside whentai to draw it. its a bad rule that needs to be fixed or done away with.
