Even though you've got some discussion with the artist - the administration knows nothing about what the commission is about. Whether it should bypass the moderation or should be removed.

Don't forget to fill in the same description you've discussed with the artist in direct messages: you might just copy and paste the messages into the description field - that should be enough.
