Detailed description:

You have an idea of what you want to see on a picture. You start a new Auction and set the maximum amount of Extra Votes you want to spend on a pic. A certain amount of Extra Votes will be put on hold from your account, you can't use them on WHentai for voting. The Auction expires after 48 hours automatically and Extra Votes return back to your account.

Once the Auction started each of our Artists is notified about the idea and the maximum amount of Extra Votes you will spend. If he's fine with the idea, he will bet his price (how many EVs he wants for the idea) and maximum time to commit. Other artists will do the same.

While Auction is still running you might choose the artist with the best bet. He will create a pic based on your idea.

Sometimes artist's bet might be higher than your budget, so we added an ability to "crowdfund" a commission to handle such cases. You might allow other users to add their details to your idea in exchange of their Extra Votes. For example: you created a idea "Naruto fucks Tsunade" and state 50 Extra Votes, another user of whentai might add a detail: "Tsunade fucked in reversed cowgirl position" and add 50 Extra Votes to the idea. In this case the idea would "cost" 100 Extra Votes instead of 50 Extra Votes. Generally, the most skilled artists focus on commissions with more Extra Votes, so it will be a great advantage. To allow this feature, just check the box "Allow additional details by other users" below the Idea box.

Every artist might take part in two Auctions simultaneously. The artist might bet again if the Auction he took part in will expire. Also he might bet again if he will upload the picture in the Auction he won.

You can use links to external files - just paste the url in idea text; also you can use newlines - just press the return key while typing in the box.

Three TYPES OF TAGS are required to describe your idea:
1) RED - Original source (ex. One Piece or Overwatch)
2) BLUE - Character name (ex. Erza Scarlet or Rangiku Matsumoto)
3) GREY - Common tag (ex. anal or schoolgirl or full nelson).
Put at least one tag of each type (each "color"), the more tags you put the better.

This will be a sort of "manga"(attachment) request in which I mean that most of the panels are very simplistic and with little detail for time/work purposes besides the 3 "main panels" (I get to that later) but convincing enough to make out the characters/messages.

I will post my thoughts/scenario about this "story" in the following so you have a understanding in which direction this goes. The story can be trimmed to your liking, but it should contain enough text/"mini-panels" inbetween to convey the message.

I post some attachments to it, but I leave the direction to you/the artist.

Rean is wearing casual clothing like in the attachment (he wears generic black jeans to the casual clothing and he has his Cold Steel IV Appareance/white hair & red eyes)

KeA is blushing most of the time from embarrassment but is really blushing at highlighted moments. (attachment)

This story is pretty wholesome/cute but gets are little more erotic at the end, which is way I would still call this a hentai commission.

3 Panels should be highlighted/more detailed than the other "filler" panels(added * to the scenes which I refer to):
-KeA telling Rean about her feelings for him (*1)

Scenario:

Rean: KeA, can I talk with you?

KeA: Y-yes! Come in!

Rean: Umm, KeA I'm a little bit worried about you, you're acting weird around my presence, have I done something to you?

KeA: ... i can't stop to think about you... (*1)

Rean: KeA? Have I heard that right?

KeA: You may view me as only a cheerful little girl, but recently my heart begins to race when i think about you.. please don't tell anyone..

Rean: Ummm, KeA I really don't want to hurt your feelings but think for a second what others would thin-

KeA: I don't care..! I don't care Rean!! Please, just let me be happy and keep this between us.. (KeA approaches Rean's face and kisses him without his consent)

Rean: KeA?!

Rean: (Speech bubble in Rean's Mind: This is so wrong.. but.. KeA's soft lips feel so good and she smells very nice... keep it together man and walk out of the room before it's too late..)

Rean: KeA, stop this act and forget about these fantasys about me, I'm not gonna tell anyone but we need to stop this at once. I like you KeA, but as a cheerful little friend and nothing m-

KeA: .... I don't accept this..
If you leave now, I will never forgive you Rean.. kiss me or forget about me forever.. (*2)

Rean: (Rean's Mind: Why is this happening..?! Well.. her soft lips are really lovely and if nobody will notice about this relationship then it's not that bad..? Everyone please forgive me, but I really don't want KeA to be sad..)

Rean: OK KeA, kiss me all you want but you're telling nobody about this ok? Believe me, it's better for the both of us..

KeA: .. Then you have to kiss me to proof that you take this seriously!

(Rean approaches KeA swiftly and kisses her neck) (*3)

KeA: Ahh.. You're making me blush Rean! But I'm not complaining..❤︎
