Videos won’t play

I noticed that all the videos, including the ones I’ve commissioned just won’t play, is this issue happening to rest of y’all, how do I fix this, or is the developers responsibility to do this

What browser are you using and what operating system are you running, macOS or Windows?

I'm using Google Chrome and running on Windows 10 and everything is fine.

Same, it doesn't work, I have no problem on other sites, for videos/games.

but here neither the videos nor the games work.
